This department focuses on the training of professionals in counseling psychology and human resources development. The curriculum design consists of the principles of building diverse knowledge, professional ability, and practical application in order to enhance the employability of the students in the department. In addition to the training of counseling psychology, the department also includes the program of lifelong learning and human resource development, so that the department cultivates π type talents by educating the students in this department about diverse knowledge, to meet the demands of modern society for talents. multi-faculties and cultivate π type talents to meet the demand of modern society for talents.
Education objectives for the department: the education objectives for the department are to cultivate talents specialized in the counseling psychology, lifelong learning and human resources development, who are equipped with the basic knowledge and practical application.
Core abilities of department:
(1)Have the basic knowledge of counseling psychology, lifelong learning and human resource development.
(2)Have the practical application ability of counseling psychology, lifelong learning and human resource development.
(3)Have the basic research ability of counseling psychology, lifelong learning and human resource development.
(4)Have the ability of communication and team cooperation.
There are currently 11 full-time faculty (including 3 professors, 8 associate professors, most of whom have the PhD in internationally-known universities) and 13 adjunct professors (including 1 professor, 1 associate professor, 9 assistant professors, and 2 lecturers).
